The POINTVALUES Wet Film Thickness Gauges are precision comb-shaped tools designed to approximate the thickness of liquid coatings on wet surfaces. Available in hexagonal, rectangular, and circular shapes, they come in aluminum or stainless steel options for durability and corrosion resistance. With measurement ranges from 10–2000 μm (or 1–80 mil), they offer quick and reliable thickness readings. Each gauge can be certified with dual or single scale tolerance certificates in mils and/or microns, ideal for quality control in coating applications.

Approximates the thickness of liquid coatings. Its comb-shaped design with precision cut recesses determines the coating thickness by placing it vertically onto a wet coated substrate. It is available in rectangular, hexagonal, or circular shapes with different measuring ranges. Made of Aluminum or stainless steel for corrosive coatings.
