The NGR-10X-TSH uses a Geiger-Müller (GM) counter to detect ionizing radiation, including X-rays, gamma rays, and beta particles. This advanced detector provides precise and reliable measurements in radiation-sensitive environments, delivering critical data for safety and regulatory compliance.

The detector features a probe (inflatable tube or small chamber) where ionizing radiation interacts with the gas inside, producing ion pairs. These ion pairs are amplified into electrical pulses, which are counted to determine radiation intensity per unit time. Alarm thresholds can be customized as needed.
