HSPC-201-T90 Spin Coater features a durable PP (polypropylene) chamber, offering both a robust and aesthetically pleasing design. It exhibits outstanding chemical stability and strong corrosion resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

The anti-corrosion spin coater with a heating cover is equipped with a high-precision motor capable of reaching speeds up to 10,000 rpm, ensuring excellent film uniformity. In addition to standard spin coating functionality, the unit integrates heating elements that can reach temperatures up to 200°C.

The temperature is precisely controlled through an intelligent temperature control system, allowing for accurate measurement and full control over the heating process.
